Meticulous attention to detail!

The dependability of almost always having the same two women come at a set time every other week, and the quality of the work they.

I am disabled so it is very hard for me to clean the shower & tubs. Before your service it would take me a whole day to clean the bathrooms & kitchen never mind the vacuuming & mopping. Now we just have to maintain a clean house & I'm not in pain doing that.

The rooms cleaned are always pretty thorough. The kitchen and bathrooms are always sparkling and these are the rooms I hate doing myself, so I really appreciate it. I also like the fact that the products used do not contain chemicals, nor is there a perfumey smell or any odor at all for that matter after the service.

The teams are always very professional and very nice. They do a thorough job cleaning everything. Management is great to deal with and quickly addresses any concerns.

I am pleased that we have been able to have a consistent presence in our home. Bia knows exactly how we like things and always checks in with me to make sure that the house is secure when she leaves!!! When Bia isn't there, I tend to double check everything. I also like that our exact instructions are followed with Bia. I would prefer that Bia has the same helper every week rather than occasional rotations. One added side benefit is the billing to my credit card so I don't have the stress of remembering to leave a check.
