Friendliness and competence

Couldn’t be happier with the result. Needed a quick clean of my apartment after moving out. I called Merry Maids on Friday, the following Monday my place was spotless. If you want peace of mind, trust me, Merry Maids is the place to go.

Great company to work with, accommodating requests that I might make (change of appointment, etc.), the Maids are also accommodating of requests, thorough work, and always cheerful.

I like Meredith and Stephanie and trust them in my home and that means a ton! Would love to have them weekly. Great job and energy!

The products seem to work well. Not sure about how clean floors get...There still seems to be a fair amount of dirt on floors after cleaning. Maybe needs fresh water in between rooms, and a clean mop cloth? Corners of downstairs shower sometimes have yellow residue, especially where shower wall meets tub. Over all, a very good job!

Usually the same people so the cleaning is consistent and well done.

Good service. I was not at the condo during the cleaning. I don't know what you used for products in the condo. You must have used good quality products 'cause everything was clean on my walk thru. And it smelled fresh air clean too!

The gals did an excellent job - plus were pleasant to have around. The cleaner they used on a mirror I thought was permanently cloudy was completely restored.

The property cleaned is a rental property. Our caretaker was satisfied with results.

Your services never been wonderful I had a little situation a couple times and mentioned it to the main office and since then my concerns have been taken care of. Very happy with the condition of my home, it’s a little expensive so tipping is difficult. Overall I would recommend to family/friends and I would encourage them to communicate if there were any issues.
