I have been having my apartment cleaned for a year and the ladies are excellent.

We have been customers for ages. The office staff, Nicole in last few years, are super helpful and accommodating. We occasionally ask for a reschedule or something like that, always easy. And calls are answered, call-backs are made as promised. The actual crew who comes in changes over time, so I know them less as individuals. But they do a good job, we are happy. Minor stuff has come up which is always managed well. Side note that we have a little dog with a big bark. We manage him so the crew doesn’t have to interact with him, but they are attentive to him being there and always come in to the house checking he’s contained. All good with MM on our end.

The service is very good. Maids very nice are hardworking. The house looks and smells clean.

The cleaners are prompt. Usually 3 cleaners arrive. They clean the house in less than an hour. They respect my wishes regarding safeguarding the cat. They do a pretty good job cleaning the house. They have an established routine for their cleaning.

I am sometimes surprised that they seem to close their eyes to other grime that is not in their set routine. For example, there is dust and dirt on some baseboards that they just ignore. I have watched a particular baseboard in my bedroom week after week.

I believe they put dings in 2 pieces of furniture, but I cannot prove it. My cat has scratched some furniture, but I cannot see how she could have put dings on edges. I have old mahogany and cherry furniture that was originally expensive. It is out of style, but I like it.

I like to use Merry Maids because the company handles taxes and has insurance.
