I've been using Merry Maids for many years now, and I feel that the loyalty is totally reciprocal. Marie and Mark are fabulous, and I trust their integrity absolutely. They do a very thorough job cleaning, and I always look forward to seeing them.

The team is very reliable, and I love that I get a phone call the day before telling me when to expect them. The products used leave my house smelling fresh, but don't smell too strong.

First, the woman who cleaned our home did a FANTASTIC job! It was a one-time cleanin (we have not yet found the money in our budget for regular cleanings), but she gave it her all. It's been almost two weeks since her thorough cleaning, and the house still feels clean!!!! I liked that the supervisor was very up front, answered all my questions, and didn't try a "hard sell." The supervisor did, however, make me aware of prices and services, should we wish to use them in the future. The price of our cleaning was very reasonable, and if our budget allows, I would certainly use Merry Maids again. Thank you for a great experience.

The services are done with courtesy diligence and pleasantness.
I cannot comment on the products except that I hope that the workers are protected from any which are harmful. Some things which are harmful to germs are also harmful to people.

1. I like the fact that I can cancel service easily (with proper notice) when we are away or have guests with us.

2. Our present Merry Maid cleans very well, is cheerful, sometimes does extra tasks without being asked, and has never failed to come.

3. It is helpful that occasionally we can change the day of service.

4. We appreciate that our Merry Maid is allowed to use our vacuum cleaner which is necessary for family members who have serious allergies.

It's simple to sign up. The house is very clean when we get home.

The maids are extremely thorough and careful are moving everything. They work very hard to do the best possible cleaning job every time. I like the fact the cleaning products do not have a harsh odor. The maids are genuinely interested in making our home beautiful.
