Overall the house cleaning was good. The team seemed surprised by the size of the house, even though it was all provided when i scheduled the appointment. There were a few places that were missed and picked up by the supervisor. Which makes me wonder how the cleaning will be when the supervisor is not checking the work. They did miss cleaning the front of the toaster oven. It would be helpful if they left a slip with the date of the next cleaning along with a receipt for the payment. I left a check on the kitchen counter and can only assume it was picked up.

You came when I really needed you. Four hard-working women came on time and worked diligently.

Merry maids did such an amazing job cleaning my house before the family came over for the holidays. It was such a relief to not have to worry about it myself and I absolutely loved what they did!

The cleaning staff is very thorough and courteous. I like that the agency calls the day before to let me know what time they are arriving to clean.

The office staff are always polite, and available to help with anything I need help with.

The attention to detail is greatly appreciated. For example, during a recent session, one of the cleaners fanned out the tissue on top of each tissue box into a seashell shape. It looked so nice and polished.

We also love how great the floors look!!

The Merry Maids team of 4 (one of them said they were training two of them) did a wonderful job for a very reasonable price - which is critically important for me because my budget is very limited. I was also impressed that you had notes about the previous cleaning.

Just two negatives: The more serious one was moving the sliding cupboard doors in the bathroom, which was not only unnecessary, but I had to struggle to remove them because they were jammed in in the wrong direction. I also had to wait till a family member could put them back in place for me, because I am no longer strong enough to do that.

The much less serious problem was throwing away a couple of little paper pockets that I always set aside for my incontinence pads when I'm discarding them. That's part of my strange request to leave most things where they are - or ask me! I do need to work on decluttering my house, but that's something *I* must do, because nobody else knows what
my intentions are.

In general, the team was very, very good about not tidying, when what I wanted was just
cleaning, and they did that very, very well.

I'm now trying to figure out when my budget will allow me to have another Merry Maids visit.
They are so much better than anyone else I've had, and for a much more reasonable price!
