How understanding they are about your schedule and times. They also try there best to get you your hours and even request if you would like to cover a shift. If your new to it like I was they really make you feel like you belong. They do get you used to doing this kind of work. If there’s any issues you with a shift you can call them about it and they can help you. They offer so much for you and the ladies in the office are so kind and caring.

The staff, how they handle emergencies, the office staff looks out for the employees and families of the clients. They treat both like a part of their family.

It's the love and care that you give each client. You go above and beyond to make sure that they are taken care of.. you take care of your employees, you make sure that their needs are met, and that they are happy.

Working with seniors and the support I receive from the management.

Great communication between all levels, management to the caregivers in the field. Always available to address concerns. Never shy about complementing you for a job well done. As much info as possible is provided for your clients and no cold calls.
