I like how flexible they are. As a full time college student I do not get alot of times where I can actually take on shifts but I do want to help and they have worked with me to allow me to maintain my school obligations as well as find time to help patients. I like the ride variety of patients and that senior helpers checks in often with caregivers and makes sure to go into clients home on a first time visit to make sure caregiver is okay with going inside and doing the care for a specific patient i like the outline of the app and how it tells you specifically what tasks need to be done and i thought the in person training was helpful
