Senior Helpers staff are very pleasant on the phone and are helpful to transfer my calls to the appropriate person so I can get the assistance I need when I call the office.
The Senior Helpers staff are very interested about the clients needs and often send office cards to the home to keep communication lines open between office and client for feedback and special occasion cards are regularly sent to the home too.
HR Dept. has been very good about notifying me ahead of time for necessary paper work of medical yearly check up due dates, insurance verification and car registration, CPR current card also.
Senior Helpers staff has appreciation days for caregivers when we are treated to ice cream, cookies, and free supplies.

I would recommend to anyone looking for flexible hours, the job of Caregiver....if they love people, are patient, kind and compassionate. The staff at Senior Helpers have been great. They offer excellent training to prepare you for work of a Caregiver and they have high standards for quality service and client relations. I have found working with the Senior Helpers team to be fun and rewarding.
