I like that I can choose which clients I work with

I like the fact that SH pairs up good caregivers with those that need it. The pay is fair and there is some training that helps you understand the clients mental and physical capacity and/or needs. Follow-ups are done, in the home, by a director/manager and caregiver feedback is taken seriously with the goal of improving/maintaining a healthy & safe environment for the veteran assigned to us.

I like being able to do things with my client that he enjoys. I also like the short shifts.
