Web cameras, clean facility, friendly staff and convenient location. Communication could be a bit better though. We dropped our one-year old husky off for a two day stay for the first time, and when we checked the web camera right after we dropped her off we saw that she had been crated. Her crate time was upwards of 45 minutes and we didn't understand why, so we called. I spoke with Hanna and she told me she would check on the situation and call me back, but she never called me back.

We loved the cleaniness of your establishment, the environment, the personnel and the cameras that we can see our dog when traveling. It is our first time leaving Tobie this week and we feel very comfortable.

Oreo had a great time at her play date but she also got the best clip EVER!!

I took my dog Moose there for his first haircut and it was amazing! They were all very friendly and made me feel so good about dropping my puppy off. He loved it there and his hair cut was exactly what I asked for. I will be returning there for my puppies hair cuts going forward. I love this place. When I walked in everything was clean and looked very nice :)

Everyone is awesome, they know your dog by name. It's clean, I can hop on and see what my girl is up to, (usually hanging around the staff getting love) and she loves to go!

Friendly staff and I like the fact that you have the dogs separated by size as I have a small dog. I especially like the cameras where you can see what your dog is up to.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. We were greeted at the from desk by Kayla Berg. She was very professional, yet friendly. She had a great way with our dog Lilly. The groomer personally spoke with us to ask our expectations and the end result was the best we've ever had. I would highly recommend Dogtopia.

Highly recommend Dogtopia! Employees were great! Our dogs loved their first experience being boarded and at daycare. I loved that I could check on them via the webcams! Our dogs came home happy!

The dogtopia team is amazing. I'm not what you'd call a "chill" dog mom, so I expect a lot from the folks I leave her with when I'm away. The Dogtopia team exceeds my expectations every time, and I could not be more thankful. They love my dog like she's their own, and I'm always greeted like a friend when I walk in (not just a customer). I can't recommend Dogtopia enough!

I love bringing my puppy to Dogtopia and he gets really excited to come when he sees the workers welcome him saying his name with such enthusiasm. As a puppy in a new place, it has provided a wonderful place for him to socialize.
