Care given to our puppy

Our puppy was at Dogtopia for 5 nights. We were able to watch her via via cam everyday. She loved it. Our only concern is she may be depressed back at our home:)))).....hopefully just tired.

They knew who I was the first and every time we came in. They genuinely care about my dog and I as clients. I love the web cams so I can see how my dog is doing. They are very patient with Penelope - she is very skittish and nervous but they take their time and she is doing great! I am super happy.

Our dog is treated so well by every staff member. They love our pup as much as we do and he loves them! I highly recommend dogtopia for grooming and doggy daycare. We haven’t used them for overnight care but I have no doubt they won’t dissapoint. They are by far our favorite all around dog groomer and daycare!

Dogtopia is simply fantastic. The staff was so helpful, kind and caring. I didn’t think twice about leaving my fur baby with them because they instantly treated him like family. Taking my baby to Dogtopia was the best decision I could’ve made and I will never take him to another doggy daycare - this place is paw-fect!

It would be easier for me to tell you what we DON’T like about Dogtopia. We regularly go there for “play dates” which my Shi Tzu, Oreo seems to love. I know because she weighs 8 lbs. drags me to their front door! About every five weeks we go in for grooming, done perfectly! I’ve even trusted Dogtopia to board Oreo, something I never thought I’d do, anywhere! And lastly, every single person who works there is professional yet friendly, and they ALL love dogs. It shows!

Quality grooming and your dog isn't there for 6 hours. Lacy did a fantastic job with our golden doodle and Kayla at the front desk is very courteous and has a great way of easing your dog in the door. Thanks...

Ya'll nice to my dog and that's pretty alright.

Today was Matilda's first full day at Dogtopia; she and I were both a bit nervous (I must have checked the web cam a dozen times!) but she got a great report card and a doggie bag of treats to take home.The staff is super nice and caring and answered every single one of my neurotic dog mom questions. 😄 Now Matilda is snoring away and it's not even 8:30 pm. We will be back tomorrow!

Everything!!! Always greeted personally and warmly. My pup is treated wonderfully. Exceptionally clean facility. Convenient for me to drop off/pick up. Easy sign in. Webcams to check on her during the day. Special treats available, earn rewards, lots of options for packages.

All the employees are friendly and seem to genuinely love dogs.

I have done extensive research on where Chata, my "dog-hter", could attend doggie day care.
Believe me, there is NO other doggie day care facility who could compare to Dogtopia Raintree.

Chata and I drive past a minimum of four doggie day care facilities just to get to Dogtopia Raintree.

Dogtopia Raintree has very high standards, keeping their facility cleaned and sanitized.
The management and caregivers are genuinely caring and outstanding.
It's a safe, secure environment for our dogs to spend a day socializing with other dogs.

Dogtopia Raintree is transparent. You can always view how the caregivers treat your dog via their webcam.

I cannot give enough accolades to Dogtopia, Raintree!

Everyone was very caring and professional. My boys love it there and I feel comfortable leaving them there.

Our dogs are used to daycare at home in Seattle. With a temporary move to AZ, we needed to find a good place for them while we are gone during the day. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and informative! The facility is clean and well-equipped. Love that we can check in on the webcam! Grooming services are also available and Lacey did a great job on both our dogs! Good vibes here! Our lab gets excited when we start driving down the street to Dogtopia! (It is funny how they know! ). So more important than what we humans say - the dogs give it 10 barks!!!
