They are very appreciative of their employees hard work and lets them know. They flexible/respectful of the employees schedules and they do their best to match caregiver with client. The staff is knowledgeable about the wants and needs of the client, which is clearly transmitted to the caregiver, so there is little room for error.

It's a perfect team work because we constantly communicate through text. Brian, Vicky and Wendy are easy to get along. Work scheduled is very flexible.. I love everything about Senior Helpers in Orange County.

What do you like about Senior Helpers?

They care about people. they are good to their employee's. When we need time off they do not even hesitate to give it to us and they don't make us feel guilty for taking the time off.

All the clients I visit have nothing but good things to say about their experience as a Senior Helper client. And I have worked for other companies where it is actually embarrassing to say i work there. We are appreciated as employees so we love our job and take good care of our clients.
