So far, Senior Helpers has been great in my working with them. The caregivers great care to the clients makes it easy when your going to another caregivers client if they are out for whatever reason. The clients accept a replacement caregiver knowing they will receive quality care like they would with their regular caregiver.
Secondly the office staff are really wonderful, to the staff and to the clients. They do their best to provide the clients with a qualified caregiver for their needs (many times at very short notice) which is difficult to find someone in a short time but they do it and they do it well. So in my time with Senior Helpers I have been very happy working with staff and fellow caregivers.
