I work for a wonderful Boss that has my back and has faith in God. During the pandemic he made sure that whatever we needed as healthcare workers we had. The office workers are very friendly most of them are like my children's age but their good workers and very friendly. Been with the company 4 years.

I love how they can accommodate me with my schedule and being very understanding if I cannot come to my shift or have issues with a case I am not comfortable with. They choose the perfect caregivers for the right clients and that’s very important

They pay just right wage rate per hour and hopefully they’ll give more pay increase every year after every work performance reviews.

The seniors are very nice and I enjoy talking with them and hearing their stories and helping them do things they no longer can in their homes. They are much happier in their homes then they would be in a senior living home because they have all their stuff and memories is what they say.
