I love every shift, I enjoy my client, I loved the fact that we have atleast somethings in common! The company pays me pretty good for the hours I currently have, so it does meet my standards, I like being a home health aid! I like how organized management is by always having scheduling, balanced, and like that ask for time off is not hard. I like the different pay rates for different kinds of clients. Everyone is very kind. You are given a shift ahead of time if you say no there’s no retaliation!!! Attitudes are all great no negativity!
