The managers and the rest of the office staff are so appreciative when the caregivers are able to pick up shifts and they offer incentives and extra pay on the hour if you pick up a client you wouldn’t normally care for. I’ve worked for this company for less than 3 months and I’ve already gotten a $.50 raise. The office managers really look at your work ethic and they watch how hard you work and they can tell that you care about your job and the clients. The clients are also so so appreciative of all of the help we offer them. A lot of them really just love to have someone to talk to. It’s hard not to absolutely fall in love with them! I would recommend this company to anyone that loves helping and caring for people. I’ve already told so many people I know to apply. Senior helper was a huge turn around in my caregiving career and I honestly hope to work here for possibly the rest of my life.
