I’m very likely to recommend senior Helpers to someone, for one staff is friendly and flexible as far as scheduling clients but also in working around your schedule especially with someone like me who has small children... They do tell you Thank You often which is great because being a HHA you definitely can have challenging Days verses Great Days !!! So they definitely value the clients but they also value you as an employee as well which is great , they make you feel like a family not just “another employee “ with no value, and when you walk into the office they greet you and know you by name!!! That is great especially with so many employees names and faces they actually have to remember each day! Just do your job well be committed on time and have the right attitude , the only thing that kind of throws a wrench into everything is we as employees not doing our job will mess things up for the rest of us!! And or clients as well!!! So if your ready to work , have a desire for the type of work that you do then you can’t help but to already love it !!!
