I love the aqua sports. Being an older adult having classes for us in the morning is a plus.
The aqua fit is a wonderful class but it is only offered in the evening and driving later in the day is not easy for most of us.
It would be great to have a few classes in the mornings.
Your aqua volleyball is my favorite and i have made so many friends.

I attend the ForeverWell Total Body workout twice a week at the Cibolo location. It is a great group and workout. Is it possible to have more afternoon classes?

I don't participate in any activities, but know others that do. They all love all the things offered by the YMCA.

The fact that there is an indoor pool. Would like to see at least 2 days of pool exercise in the afternoon during the week. I work so I cannot make any of the day classes.

YMCA has so many class choices. Great child watch. And such friendly people, from instructors, to front staff and other members.
I love the small pool, which is supposed to be warm. This past week it has been very cold.
I love the aqua classes especially Debbie on Monday and Jane on Thursday.

Private training with Chris is fundamental to my weekly plan. I’ve seen enormous health and strength gains, and working with a YMCA trainer has taught me so much about gym safety and using the equipment the space respectfully.
I honestly think everyone should do a week of training with Chris or one of his colleagues, as it would help improve the client culture. If everyone re-racks their weights correctly, cleans machines after use, and doesn’t block use of stations for other clients whilst checking their Instagram, it makes for a better environment and more invested community.
You actually have faith based programs, and I feel encouraged on my fitness journey when I come.

Everything was very clean and organized
Variety of aquatic exercise programs; availability at multiple times and on six days out of the week. Both of these are helpful for those recovering from injuries and as well as general exercise. Instructors are uniformly quite wonderful

I love that my toddler is able to attend swimming classes as well as play in the child watch area when his dad and I can use the gym for a little while. We appreciate the resources provided for our family.
