You listen to how we want to take care of our loved ones and you are always listening and always finding people to replace the ones that you have in place in case they need a day off and always trying to get the same person to do the shift. So it's repetitious for the person who needs the care

She cooks tasty meals for me even though I am on a difficult diet. My house is clean, my clothes are washed and put away. My dog loves her because Cyerra cares for her properly. Cyerra fulfills all my requests including driving me to therapy and other local places.

Most of the home health care helpers were absolutely AMAZING! They bonded well with my mom and were very hard workers. They went over and beyond helping with my mom’s care!

Provider comes to my place with a caring attitude, ready to tackle what needs to be done plus checking up on how I am doing.

The aide is very helpful snd if we have to cancel a visit they offer an additional aide.
First off, Pam, our caregiver, is phenomenal ... we could not ask for a more caring and competent helper in our home.
Also, the staff is wonderful ... very responsive and cheerful in addressing any "out of the ordinary" scheduling requests or others topics/issues if/when they occur.
The staff is conscientious in trying to fill shifts when the regular care giver has to cancel.
I think Senior Helpers is more organized now than in the past. The staff is always very friendly when I call and they try to accommodate new needs.

The excellent service from the staff and the wonderful caregivers that they send me. Destiny is my primary caregiver and she is a treasure! She’s been coming to my house for more than a year, and is always cheerful, well-groomed, and professional. She is a hard worker and keeps my house clean, does my laundry, cooks vegan food for me, drives me wherever I want to go, and is never late. She deserves some paid vacation time!! Can we make that happen?
