The regular caregivers rarely miss a day of work. They are committed to their job and take good care of their client. Also, they communicate when necessary and give me regular updates and notify me of any concerns. The billing seems to be consistent and done on a flat fee basis.

The caregivers are helpful and considerate; they seem genuinely interested and involved in my Dad's stroke recovery. The office staff are also helpful and considerate and work hard to keep up a good team of caregivers for my Dad. Our sincere thanks to one and all!
They are easy to work with. The workers are pleasant in that they work with the family as well as the patient. They try to accommodate you as best they can despite the staff shortage.
