Her job is to work with the sweetest person who can be most difficult to manage during this disease! First name removed does not trust people now and it is difficult for her to trust anyone including me! Barbara smiles and continues to work with her on projects to create simple things and slowly First name removed has accepted her into the house!
Maybe one of the things First name removed might remember is her mother had round the clock help fo30 years following a stroke and we paid for her room in the nursing home for more years! It was a horrible time in her life!

The caregivers are helpful and pleasant and dependable and seem to like their job. The office staff are very responsive to any thing I need taken care of or any issue that may arise.
You are very Frank about what you can do and offered to give me names for references! So far your service has been very good and your choice of helpers has proved to be excellent! First name removed has not thrown Barbara out of the house yet!

We live out by Louisburg so it was not easy to find someone to come out here. Senior Helpers remained in contact until they found a helper. Other companies didn’t even try if they didn’t already have someone they could send already. We had to wait a little while but we have an awesome helper now.

I enjoyed talking with Carol H she was always very kind and encouraging. She would listen to me as I babbled on and on. I always felt she was guiding me in the right direction. I was very thankful for her on the day Pat was taken to the hospital from phone calls to just talking with her was comforting to me.
Next I would to tell you how much I loved LuAnn. Pat was a very difficult person and LuAnn knew just how to handle her. We both was usually thinking on the same line as to how to tackle Pats disruptive behaviors. LuAnn had several great suggestions to help both Pat and myself. It was also comforting knowing Pat was getting her meds on time and eating cooked meals instead of the frozen ones every day.
Brandy is so kindhearted. I was very thankful Brandy was able to go over to Pat's house and follow the ambulance to the hospital for me. Although Brandy was not with Pat for very long I was so grateful for her covering the weekends for us. I was able to continue to enjoy and spend time with my grand daughters.
Paul was also very kind and helpful. He made it very easy to get the service going.
I finally had the pleasure of meeting Carol and Lou. Both very sweet and loving couple. I also want to thank Carol for the nice conversation we had around the holidays. Carol explained the disease to me in a way that answered a lot of my questions.
I am also thankful for all the texts and phone calls asking about Pat once she went into the hospital. Thank all of you for making my life so much easier while she was under your care.

The staff in the office are very helpful and always in communication regarding who will staffing the shifts needed for my mom. The care givers are excellent, friendly and have made my life easier.
The people who have come to help us have been bright, caring people who have given my husband the companionship and care he needs. A bonus is that we now know them as human beings and can look forward to seeing them each time.
