I like the care and concern of our regular care givers as the provided the expected services for my current condition. I appreciate the level of detail of my care as I get showers a couple of times each week and adjustments based upon my medical condition. Most of all my wife, my primary care giver gets the break she needs when an experience caregiver is with me.

Reliability

For the most part, SH has provided the services we agreed on. There have been a few hiccups, but they’ve been good about making corrections.

I like the attention given to my request care plan, the care givers are focused on doing a good job with me which allows me to enjoy time with my wife. The service has the flexibility to adjust the care givers schedules to assist us in preparing for doctor’s visits, a great help. We feel confident we will see good help on each day of care.

Have had several different people and only 1 was unsatisfactory. They follow up on the work of their employees. Stopping use due solely to expense.
