Caregiver Darrica is dependable and punctual. She is always willing to adjust her schedule to work with my last minute appointment changes. Cheerful and nice, she always makes Cesar smile upon her arrival. She accepts any work assignment with a smile and volunteers to take on projects she notices need to be done. Both my husband and I like her very much.

So far, the ability to find a replacement (fill in), and keeping me posted when finding a permanent aide.

I’ve had two aides so far and both are highly qualified. They are prompt, they are on time, and neither one has missed a day with me. This is unlike what I had to go through before with other agencies. The only thing I don’t like is when a switch has to be made to another aide and I have to start all over again. This has already happened.
