They will help with just about anything. Good that they stay with you so you can count on them for many services. Also act as a pal or friend for laughter(good medicine), run errands, get mail, walk dogs, remind a person to take pills, fix breakfast if necessary. Load or unload dishwasher, washer, and dryer as well. Take care of trash.
Oh by the way, I dislike surveys. I need my regular helper back, please.

I find it very helpful to have someone to help with tasks that are uncomfortable for me to do, like emptying my dryer or reaching high shelves.

The person (Dre) who assists me is a kind and generous man. I prefer him more than others who have been here for assistance. We are the Ying/Yang team and work well together as a team!
When my senior helper is here, I have some to share chores with who can do many things more safely than I can alone. I can schedule things like laundry so that I don’t have to climb on a stool or ladder to do the chores.
