I don't know how i got thing done before great help
We love Diane Connelly. She is not only pleasant, but a very valuable worker. Diane comes to work and right away starts looking for chores to do. She is excellent giving my husband tender loving care getting him up, bedpan, bathed, and dressed for his therapy 3 times a week. While she is waiting for him she will mop the kitchen, pantry, & hall floors. She will empty or load the dishwasher, and after she has used a transfer board to get him into his wheelchair, will bring him to the kitchen. She takes his toothbrush and razor to him and refills his IVAP humidifier and vaporizer. She transports him to physical therapy by taking his wheelchair and oxygen tank and transfer board in our car to get him to the Rehab. Diane helps at Rehab. when needed as he cannot walk yet without assistance like parallel bars, a sling, and Diane walks behind him with his wheelchair, in case he would fall. Diane brings in our mail and newspaper every day. She vacuums any rooms often. She does his laundry. She empties our dehumidifier daily and helps carry up or down any needed items to the basement & attic. On nice days she takes him outside and he transfers to his motorized wheelchair. We consider ourselves very lucky to have Diane working for us. She is this and so much more! Deb Last name removed

They are very reliable, and the continuity of care is very important to me. The ladies that work with my husband are very caring and very, very helpful and help Ed with a lot of his deficits.

The people. In particular Marlene Smith. She is a treasure. I resisted having someone intrude on our lives. But Marlene has been such a great help in caring for my wife. We are both closer to 80 than 70. And I didn’t realize how much help I needed. Having Marlene come in twice a week has been a godsend.

Our caregiver is really good with my husband. She is easy going and works with schedule. It did take us awhile to get her but office was good to help find the right person.
Easy to access. The helpers I have dealt with have been pleasant and efficient. The hourly rates are probably in line with most services. I especially appreciate the young man who make sure my husband is safe while he is showering.
