Senior Helpers staff have always been ready to help solve legitimate concerns and issues that may arise with their services. They go to great lengths to ensure the customer is satisfied, in my opinion. They expect high quality from their staff and employees, and are committed to keeping their performance in company standards.
I took my father into my home in July of 2023 and my mother joined him in September of 2023 after a stay at a nursing home that was unfit for rabid dogs. Senior Helpers has been here for them ever since they came to our home. There is no way I would’ve been able to do this without their help. This is a much better option than throwing our elderly into nursing homes. It’s time for government funding to increase for home healthcare and decrease for corporate nursing homes who could care less about our elderly. Senior Helpers is the BEST!

You are very pleasant to talk to & usually resolves an issue in a timely manner, I like Nyla. I like Krystal that gives care now to First name removed. She’s caring and a good conversationalist to him. I feel he was a very social person but due to him becoming paralyzed from a surgery, he has become less social. She & he have running conversations & I’m pleased she meets this need for him. I like when Savanna updates his care plan on a timely basis so that anyone else coming in to take care of Dave knows his schedule & how he is taken care of. First name removed’s been paralyzed for 9 years & has a growing anyerism in his lower abdomen, he’s actually doing well with this diagnosis.
