Good facilities very conveniently located in NoMad. The place was clean and had plenty of locker space. I especially appreciated the flow session. Finally the shower facilities were great and clean.

it was a great workout! Loved the teacher and was a really good challenge. The only thing was it would've been really helpful to open the door for savasana, since it was uncomfortably hot

Love how many locations there are in NYC and the frequency of classes (almost every hour) that gives me so many options and keeps me loyal to CorePower. I love breaking a sweat in every class and as an unlimited member, get 2 buddy passes each month to bring a friend!

The instructor was very energized and clearly enjoyed what she was doing. She gave praise to people in the room and it was easy to follow along. The workouts are also 100% adjustable depending on what level you're at.
