It is a very particular style of workout. I live yoga sculpt! I will add that sometimes the music is too loud to hear the instructor but I am also 58. Probably more sensitive than loud.
All instructors fantastic so far. I took 3 classes. Taking 3 more before the week ends.

It is easy to get to, straight forward instructions, clean facility, provides you towels and yoga mat, and the staff are all friendly. Amazing experience.

I love everything about the experience but the incense lighting during class is giving me headaches.
CorePower Yoga in Williamsburg is the best studio in NYC - spacious, clean, cheerful, and with friendly staff and instructors. It also offers a wide range of classes throughout the week, providing flexibility for scheduling in a busy life in NYC.
UWS is always welcoming and a joyful experience! Adrianna's classes are the best. The cues given, the constant movement and challenges always brings me back for more!

Clean and high energy sculpt
I had such a great trial week exploring the different class options and times. The first month offer is very generous and I was able to continue my practice. They make it easy to switch to class pass for the school year (I’m a teacher) and give a teacher discount! The teachers are kind and knowledgeable and the community is welcoming.
It was great! I love to do core power in Texas and it was a seamless experience!
