I love taking CorePower classes because they helped me feel stronger and healthier. I have always loved a challenge and every class gives me that. I love all of the instructors that I have had they are very upbeat and energetic and very supportive during the process of the class. It’s also so much fun and it brings just the right energy that I need in my mornings to start my day in the best way.

The pleasure I feel throughout and after the class. The teachers are very kind and attentive. The other yogis are mindful of each other when it comes to sharing space. I like the corefusion yoga I've been going to.

I like the studio and amenities. The reception is friendly and the instructors are great.
I really loved this last sequence, the sub-teacher was also great even being that her hip issue required her to take it easy. Only thing I would mention, and maybe I'm crazy, but I wish it was a little hotter. I think the temp was 95 and I've taken a couple classes in different locations felt like the classes with just a slightly increased tempature had a workout that felt better/more intense.

I really like going to core power yoga. The classes are terrific and the instructors are great. There is a nice welcoming atmosphere when you enter. I had Connor last week and he is the best!
