My recommendations to the team is to organize an individual session with the new members and walk them through the basics. Especially those with 0 experience. I signed up for a free yoga week and I had no experience so I didn’t know what the yoga poses were, and what to expect, so I was having hard time to make them.
I love that the classes are sufficiently challenging, but never mean, if that makes sense. When I started last April, I could barely do a sit-up, but the warm (lol not just hot) environment and encouragement from instructors like Conner and Julio (among others!) made it so I kept coming back… and now I am the most fit I’ve been in years, I can even see my obliques :)
Every class I can do a little more and that has been very encouraging. Also - it’s super convenient bc you’re near my office and have classes at 4:30. Thank you all so much!!

I love CorePower, and the NoHo studio is far and beyond the best in the city, in my opinion! The staff is lovely and does a great job.
I would only say that since it's so busy, sometimes the studios aren't the cleanest (I'm sure it's hard to staff enough SET people to clean between every class), and I do get a little stressed about that during cold and flu season.
Also, this isn't the studio's fault, but there is a serious phone use problem at NoHo. Despite the five or so signs you all put up, begging people not to bring phones in or take content, I frequently see people using their phones and taking photos. Again, not your fault, but I've been wanting to say that for some time because it can be so distracting.

The instructor (Nicole) was welcoming, knowledgeable, and taught the class well.
Lauren at NoMad was super helpful for my first class at that location and my second class overall! The room was a bit stuffy and overfilled, though. I wish there was less people per class as it was kind of overwhelming and people overlapped each other.

I have never taken a CorePower class before but I WILL be taking one again! I didn't expect the heat or pace but once I got the flow down it was just the right amount of challenging but doable. Bella was such a ball of energy and was definitely the main reason I was able to keep going. I was definitely sore the next day but I could feel muscles I didn't even remember were still there (and might not even have been there before)!
