I love this place, such a great workout, the staff are all so very friendly and welcoming and really knowledgeable and the studio is always clean and fully stocked; I love all the different classes they offer; I take them all, they are always challenging and the heat adds a much more challenging component, its my absolute favorite part of the day!
I loved Sofia’s class! It was a wonderful flow beautifully cued! I liked variations of poses and calming but challenging atmosphere!

Connor’s classes are amazing! Probably my favourite classes at CorePower. I love that he walks us clearly through the poses and goes deep into the yoga practice. Truly a grounding experience.

I Had an Amazing Time. MARIANA V. was the best Class Instructor of the day. The work out was so intense working on exercises that requires to use your body weight. It was such a challenge for me! I would definitely continue attending yoga Sessions.
