I went to a power sculpt class that was taught by Khori, and he was AMAZING! I never had a workout that was so hard yet exciting and fun. The energy in the room was magical, and I can not wait to return and perhaps become a certified teacher of the craft myself!

Rock Center is a clean and inviting studio. The rooms are large, the vibe is calm, and the staff are all friendly and welcoming!

I had a great experience at the Bryant Park location with coach Charlie/ Charley(?). She kept the energy high and motivational and played fun music. I really enjoyed the class I wish I lived closer so I could have taken advantage of my free week. Open a location on Long Island pleasee!!!!!

Love core power! Wish other people would be more mindful of how they are placing their yoga mat. I’ve noticed a lot of people don’t pay attention to markers on the floor and it results in tight space
