I came from Indiana for the weekend and the class was very similar to the classes I take at home at a local studio. The instructor was very welcoming.
Staff was so friendly and accommodating! They managed to squeeze me in and Becca was so kind and reassuring!

I love the yoga sculpt. For me it’s the perfect blend of stretch, strength and cardio. And I like the heat. The sequencing makes a lot of sense. While there are many good instructors, Jillian Mitchell is great. Her energy, playlist and sense of rhythm make her classes exceptional.

community class teacher Kelly has an amazing ability to create a welcoming and peaceful environment. The cues are precise, and she always offer modifications to suit everyone’s needs. I left the class feeling refreshed, centered, and empowered. This location offered free samples fm vendors.
