Good workout, clean space
Visited NYC and enjoyed a couple great sculpt classes! Teachers were friendly and the studio was small but efficient. Great workouts!

Class was challenging, but with a pace that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed when the class was finished. The teacher kept a nice cadence going during the class. I really liked the candlelight, too.

Friendly staff and a great exercise
Every class is different and many levels are provided. The instructors in person and on demand have a great energy! Midtown East was a nice studio to visit while traveling and I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived and also in the class.

I thought Denise was a great instructor! Such a great playlist and such a good workout.
Madison is a phenomenal instructor! The class was a good workout and her impeccable cueing made it so that someone who was an absolute beginner to yoga would have had an easy time following along. The only thing I do not like is that all the studio interiors/lighting have an almost institutional feel- like being in a hospital or something.

Staff and instructors are excellent and professional. Facility is clean and organized as compared to other nearby locations. Also classroom is larger than others.
