I love the yoga sculpt. For me it’s the perfect blend of stretch, strength and cardio. And I like the heat. The sequencing makes a lot of sense. While there are many good instructors, Jillian Mitchell is great. Her energy, playlist and sense of rhythm make her classes exceptional.

community class teacher Kelly has an amazing ability to create a welcoming and peaceful environment. The cues are precise, and she always offer modifications to suit everyone’s needs. I left the class feeling refreshed, centered, and empowered. This location offered free samples fm vendors.

I love all of the variety offered by Core Power....from restoration to strength training, heated and non heated options, available at all different times of day and throughout your week!
The consistency offered alongside of the variety is amazing. I always know what to expect, and know I can count on Core Power and the staff there.
Each and every staff member and instructor has been great. The instructors are all lovely people and bring something unique to the table. I look forward to the sessions partly because of the great variety of talented instructors.
I also like the way the studio is set up regarding amenities. I don't have to think or pack much, because lots of details are taken care of or available. Some examples include the hair ties and tampons available if needed, shower products, and option to rent a towel. I know all I really need is a change of clothes. I try to bring my own towel, but it's great to have this service.
I would absolutely recommend Core Power to a friend or family member.
