I loved the body diversity of the teachers! So refreshing for NYC. The classes are challenging and though they aren’t too varied in their structure, the intentions set by the instructors keep things fresh. Loved my free week!

The class I took was great for all levels. Katherine is friendly and was very clear in her instructions so I didn't feel like I was lost. The studio was clean and everything was easy to access.
I liked the teacher, the sequence of the class, and the facilities.
