I walk in to belonging. I may not know the others in my class, I may not know my instructor, but this community is becoming my tribe. And I’m invited, regularly, to better explore my self with a more honest eye, as I endeavor through my practice. It’s truly exciting.

Loved the Sculpt class!
CorePower is extremely accessible for beginners, while also offering a challenge for moderate-to-skilled practicers. I appreciated the hands-on adjustments (and the silent check-in at the beginning of class in case someone doesn't want to be touched). The teachers are all so different, but I've found a few of my favorites at the UWS location!
All instructors are so thoughtful that i have met so far in my first week trial. I am Loving the format of the classes as well :)
I love my instructors! My first experience was with Chelsea and she was extremely warm, wonderful and welcoming when I came to my first class! Her class was also great!

Everyone is super sweet and I love the classes. The instructors and very helpful and challenge you while also making sure you’re doing the poses in a safe way.

The classes are great, whether you’re looking for a challenging heated flow or an intense sculpt, there’s always an option. It’s also a great sense of community... the instructors are all so nice and genuine people.
Facility- clean and spacious. Have everything you need.
