Courteous, very helpful staff - both driver and check-out process. This was my first time using this parking facility and I was a bit confused where to get the shuttle bus - but figured it out quickly with the help of the people on the departure level and all went smooth from there. Will be using them again for future travel.

Easy in and out quite helper attendant at the gates. Shuttle very close at either end and helpful attendance with luggage.

Using Park ‘N Fly Oakland was very convenient and easy to use. We were picked up by our car with minutes of parking, and the shuttle was at the airport when we were ready to return. I’ve never had it this smooth. I will definitely use Park ‘N Fly again and tell others how amazing you are.
