Both drivers, to and from the airport were courteous and helpful. Tanya picked me up from the airport and was great.
The scanner for Frequent Parker reservations was not working when I arrived to park so I had to take a time ticket and show both my ticket and reservation receipt when leaving. I hope the scanner issue is resolved before my next trip.
The instructions for Frequent Parker reservations should expressly state that it is not necessary to take a ticket when arriving at the parking facility.

Shuttle to and from airport was fast

It is simple and easy to schedule. Also, transportation to/from the terminal is effortless. The only concern I have is it appears as if the scanners have issues reading the QR code from cell phones. I wasn't the only one experiencing this. Of course, it could have been me or the other patrons mistake. Nevertheless, I thought I would mention it.

Pick up and drop off was amazing!

Convenient to the airport and never have to wait too long for a shuttle. Wish there was more premium spaces for those of us that are loyal.

Ease of reserving a parking spot. Shuttles arrive quickly and drivers are helpful. Parking spots are very tight though. Not sure I would bring my other truck here because of that.

Great experience with one exception. Returning is always quite time consuming. I usually see 3 PNF+ busses before I see on PNF bus. The PNF+ busses rarely have many people on them and the PNF bus is always packed full. Just seems like an odd situation and a misuse of resources. One extra PNF bus and one less PNF+ bus would make a lot more sense. Just an observation since this has been the case every single time and the people waiting along side me report the same experience every time as well.

Like the friendliness and efficiency of Park and Fly plus when traveling domestically. However, using Park n fly plus for international travel is not workable in current situation. Even having a guided approach for Uber and Lyft to drop off at Park N Fly when taking a Lyft/Uber from International terminal to Park n fly plus.

The staff are all super nice and helpful. I like that covered parking is offered. And the shuttle drivers take care of your bags and are very nice.
