Mikael (sp?) Ellis was timely for pickup and was absolutely hilarious and made the ride fun. He was full of great trivia games and jokes and was a treat to come home to. It was one of the first times we didn't have to wait for a pickup. Thank you for ramping up the services if that is maybe why it was quick.
I was having a very bad morning, my truck had just been broken into and I was running late. I parked and boarded the shuttle. When I got back from my trip someone had covered my broken out window with a bag so it stayed dry. After so many wrong things that made my day. I will continue to park here whenever I fly out of Atlanta.
