Great courteous service.
Due to employee shortage, we waited over thirty minutes for a shuttle. If I hadn’t called for a pickup, we would still be waiting. Immediately after I called, the bus arrived within ten minutes. Thanks to the employer who answered the call, left the office and came to get us.
The driver at pick up was very helpful, friendly and got us to cars quickly.

The driver was prompt and patiently waited for me, even tho I was tired after a 13- hour flight, got confused and couldn’t find the shuttle. I’m sorry I didn’t tip him. Then when I went to pick up my keys, the cashier offered me a cool bottle of water as she gave me a bill for the extra hour or two they kept my car.
The staff is very friendly and good at their job! The service is very easy and reliable. Please don’t change a thing.
