What I like the most is the frequency of the shuttles from the parking to the airport, since most of the times I'm rushing they never disappoint with a shuttle always there ready to go.

PNF has regular, prompt pickup and dropoff. I love the shuttle tracker provided on the PNF parking app. Friendly drivers and convient to Minneapolis airport.

I really like the convenience and ease of using the park and fly features, such as the QR code to access the lot and the ease of texting the driver for pickup. Everything went very seamlessly when I used this service, and I would definitely recommend it to others as well!

I like the convenience of being able to pull into a covered area have someone help me with our bags and when we return the car is waiting and the bags are loaded into the back of the car very courteous drivers and employees.

I had the pleasure of meeting Carol Thursday October 26th and she helped ease my stress as I had never used this service before. She was very friendly, all the staff I met was very friendly but she went above and beyond to make sure I knew where to go and everything like that.
