Prompt pick up most of the time the vans are already here the facility is close to the terminal, and the drivers are always courteous and pleasant to talk to.

It was very easy to book on line and receive the QR code needed to access the Park 'N Fly. We were picked up right away and taken to our terminal without issues. The text message I received and responded to upon our return was very efficient and our driver was there to pick us up very quickly. Great experience over all!

The best service i had in long time , the people from de lady in the office and the wokers were so nice an give me a wonderful impression with their services and directions about where to go and their nice treatment with every person that ask for same help . Easy and convenient. Ready to pick us up right at our car. Took us right to departures to check in. Upon return, van picked us up very quickly.
Waited about 15 minutes out in the cold for the shuttle back to my car. Otherwise was a positive experience.
