I was able to reserve a space ahead of time. When we got to the parking lot our luggage was taken care of, a van was waiting and everything went well. When we returned, there was a shuttle waiting and Nigel the driver took care of our luggage and notified the office that we had arrived. I had texted also. Out truck was waiting for us when we got to the lot. It was easier than parking in the airport parking ramp.

Parking was quick and easy. The shuttle was there when we parked ready to take us to the airport and just happened to be at the airport when we arrived home. We didn't even have to call for it. The attendants and drivers were friendly and helpful. We will definitely use Park and Fly again.

I want to commend Brian shuttle 1537a for going above and beyond his shuttle duties. When I got on the van, I noticed I had misplaced my phone. Since there was a little extra time and the other passengers were ok waiting, he helped look in my car and found it. He’s the best shuttle employee in my book!!
