What do you like about our services?

Inexpensive and seemed even more personal than parking at the economy lot. The directions for pickup at the airport were not clear for a first-timer though. I wish there was an actual person to ask questions rather than getting an automated message. It was frustrating, but after 30 minutes of asking around at the airport, we figured it out.

I have used Park n Fly for a few years now. I have always had a great experience. I use them in Oakland, n San Francisco, n will not use anyone else

It would be shorter to write what I don't like since that would be nothing! Quick, friendly service. Courteous drivers. Picked up at your car and dropped off right in front of the door. Picked up at the door and dropped off at your car. Fair prices too. What's not to like. And if you want there's a complimentary car wash! The airport can keep their parking deck. I'll stick with Park'n Fly!

Usually easy to make reservation. Only gripe was last time I made a reservation a 10% discount code supposed to be good until the end of the year didn’t work

I loved that I was quickly picked up from the airport upon arrival. I didn’t have to worry about anything. My car was safe. I felt like I lived in San Francisco and family picked me up when I got home

IT WAS EASIER THAN EXPECTED. THE LADY WAS REALLY NICE WHO HELPED WITH LEAVING. THERE IS JUST ONE THING I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST, HAVE BETTER SIGNAGE WHEN DRIVING OUT. IT WASN'T EASY TO FIND THE GATE BUT A NICE MAN DIRECTED ME.

What do you like about our services?

I like the location of the parking lot. I also trust the shuttle drivers getting me to the airport on time.
I appreciate that they offer AAA discounts too, and that I earn points towards future free parking.
