Perfect! Got there at 0330, was at airport by 0400, with a full shuttle! We have used Park n Fly for years and have never had a problem with pickup or drop off!

In addition to the convenient location and reasonable price, the staff was courteous, punctual, professional, & knowledgeable. Also, there was no wait time for conversing with a customer service representative who was able to address all of my questions.

Almost everything was near perfect--from reserving to driving out of the parking lot, including getting questions answered. The driver who picked us up could not figure out how to find our car, maybe because of hearing or language issues. That was a minor annoyance and I certainly recommend the service.

What do you like about our services?

Parking price and drop off to the airport.
Unfortunately last Sunday when I get there the parking was full. One of your employee Spanish I think tried to help me but another employee from Haiti I think came so made saying “don’t take his car because he don’t have reservation”. I thanked the Spanish guy to try to help me and left but I opened the app and I made the reservation. Came back and another guy was attending when the same Haiti guy came furious saying “he don’t have reservation” but the attendant said yes he does. He get so upset because I made reservation online and starts complain about the situation. Very disrespectful employee. Unfortunately I forgot his name but informing the all story you can figure out who is it. Thank you

Easy in, easy out. Park your car, shuttle picks you up takes you to airport. When you land send text that you need picked up. Shuttle grabs you drops you off right at your car. No fuss parking!!
