It was my first time parking anywhere for a long period. I was skeptical to leave the car for 10 plus days. After doing internet research I was convinced that Park N fly is good.
There is nothing to regrate about my decision. The whole experience is seamless. No confusion, great service. Loved the in-house free carwash. The only thing that could improve is the frequency of pickup service. Their frequency didn't bother me personally. It took about 20 mins to wait which is fine. But I found other companies have a much higher frequency. This is not a deal-breaker. And I would definitely use it again and recommend it.

The overall convenience of having the shuttle drivers pick up and drop off right away is really nice. Generally, the drivers are very fast to get us and get us to the rest of our lives very quickly.

We loved the ease of use, using the app to get in and out, the use the free car wash, the drop off and pick up. All went very smoothly. Beats UBER to pieces and made out trip frustration free. Great service. Will definitely use Park N Fly on future travel out of Atlanta.

Service there has been great since I joined almost a year ago. That said the woman that picked me up this morning about two hours ago seemed not to want to lift any suitcases. Other than that, it has been great.

Very convenient, my car was secure, didn't have to worry how to go back home, just go to pick up my car and that's it. I liked the service and definitely I will use it again in the future.

I really enjoyed the shuttle services. The drivers were super nice and carried the bags into the shuttle for us. On my way home, the driver even put my bag into my car for me because it was heavy. I told he didn’t have to, but he insisted. I have an injured back, so I really appreciate him doing that for me. Also, the process of reserving spots is very simple and when you go to park your car before leaving from the airport, the entry is quite simple as well.

I like that I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be picked up or dropped off. I also like how convenient the location is.

Most employees were very friendly and helpful. You get picked up and dropped off at your car, which I didn't realize at first. Shuttles come very often and you can book online.
