Did have issue with scanning my QR code for my pre paid parking at entrance. When leaving PNFP there was slight delay since QR wasn’t working again.

I like everything about your service. I have been using your parking facility for years. I have one problem when I last booked a parking space for May 20, 2022, through June 08, 2022. I tried to redeem a frequent parker award day and could not figure out how to do it. So, I booked the parking space and paid with my credit card, then I made copies of the awards available to show to the parking attendant. Neither parking attendant, the one entering and the one exiting could tell me how to redeem the awards since I had prepaid the parking space. So how do I redeem frequent parker award day awards? My most recent confirmation number was 7FXCY

There is almost always a limo waiting from Park N Fly, when I return from a trip. This is not true of other companies.
