Upon arrival at the parking lot (at 4:30am) we were quickly picked up and driven to the airport. Upon our return, we only had to wait a few minutes to be driven back to the parking lot.

I just used you for the first time since the pandemic. As usual, my experience couldn't have been better. You can do the math as to the value of using park n fly vs uber or other car services, and if you do the math and it's more economical to use park n fly by all means do. I didn't wait more than five minutes for the shuttle going each way between the airport and the park n fly lot, and that's really all that matters. The drivers help you with your bags. I love their service.

Easy to book, good airport transportation service and excellent service from the valet and bus staff.
Getting back and forth to the airport was very prompt. Staff was super friendly and the cost was very efficient; better than parking long term at the airport. It was also nice to be picked up at the gate where we exited.

Some customers get mixed up with Park N Fly Plus and that caused a bit of hassle this last trip when we went to be picked up. Three separate groups got on the wrong bus.
