I like that most of the park n fly attendants are helpful and nice. However on my last trip? It was the first time one of the shuttle drivers was rude and disrespectful. The shuttle driver who is middle-aged, possibly African, dark skinned, bald black man was the first and only shuttle driver who has been disrespectful and had a bad attitude in my Park N Fly experiences

Very easy to use your website now, and paid ahead and easy in and out at DFW with you. Also like the ability to earn credits toward a free day the more we stay there. Will definitely use you in the future. Also the texting option for pickup worked very well. We have retired now and will be travelling more, meaning more flights and using your services.

The girls working at the entrance both on the way in and way out were both super friendly even though they were working late. The guys driving the shuttles were very helpful with my bags. The shuttle was waiting in the correct spot as soon as I got out of baggage claim. I didn't have to wait at all. I had an awesome experience.
