Very timely with pick up and drop-off. My groupon voucher wasn't working for some reason but the Supervisor had to key it manually to accept, but I appreciate she did not give me a hard time thinking I had already redeemed it. Also, I found someone's shopping bag on the shuttle and I told the driver (it was just he and I on the shuttle), I noticed how he immediately turned it in to the office upon our return to the lot and advised them to hold on to the bag for when the customer calls and notice it missing, they can verify receipt. It showed honestly and integrity, not that I expected differently, but it's nice to see folks to who care. I hope the person contacts ParknFly for their items.

Friendly and efficient. When we arrived at Bradley a Park and Fly van pulled up and took one 1 passenger. We flagged him down and instead of telling us to call our ride in, he loaded our belongings along with 2 other guest and phoned our numbers in.

Great customer service and our car was ready when we got to the lot. Thanks again for your no-hassle service.

Everything was very easy. We used valet services. Our car was waiting for us when we got there from the airport.

Drivers were very friendly and helpful, making it so much easier going to/from the airport.

The shuttle was right there when we patked and with in 5 minutes of when we got back. The driver dropped us off right at our car. It would be helpful for you to give information on amount of time to plan for to get to the airport.
